We called Jerry Hill at HomeStar realty in Oct 2024 to sell our home of 51 years because we were downsizing. It was on the market a few days later and sold quickly. Jerry handled everything from that point. All permits, inspections, maintenance issues. I didn’t even have to go to the settlement. Jerry handled that also and delivered the settlement check to our new residence. If you have a home to sell or are looking to buy one I highly recommend that you contact Jerry. Jerry is an absolute class act and phenomenal agent on both the buying and selling side. He knows construction very well which allowed him to identify potential problems or future projects that we would have to take on with a particular house we were looking at. Jerry was extremely patient with us throughout our nearly 3 year search process and never did we will rushed or pressured to buy something. Jerry has now helped us purchase two homes and sell one home and it’s hard for us to imagine using anyone else if we ever needed to sell or buy another house.
