Marquise is one of the best agents in the area. I’ve known him for several years so when I started my search for investment properties, he was the first person that came to mind. He’s super knowledgeable, patient, responsive and works hard to accommodate the needs of his clients. He’s not one of those agents that you have to chase after to get the job done. This is obviously my husband so let’s get that out the way, yet and still this review is an objectively honest, behind the scenes peak into the care, dedication and passion that Marquise puts into his business just as he does everything in life. I’ve had the privilege to watch him grow over the years and the care and attention he puts into our marriage and into our children is mirrored also in the care and attention he puts into his clients and their individual needs. When people think of a realtor they think “oh this person will sell me my house”… yes that’s the end goal but his profession only starts there. I have seen Marquise be a therapist, a problem solver, a mover, a miracle worker! Deals that were unheard of Marquise the Mogul got it done. He’s helped many people find a home, he’s helped people sell their home, he's helped clients obtain the money needed to close on their new home. I’ve seen this man clean out a home that was left without being completely moved out, because his reputation as the guy who makes it happen is something that makes him proud and makes us proud of him.
