Unresponsive & plain unprofessional. I arrived to a property where I had a scheduled showing, waited 25 mins while trying to contact their office with no avail. Waste of my time.. next time if the agent is not going to show a courtesy text/call would be nice!

Kirk was responsive when I was ready to get my house on the market. He had great ideas about how to give my home curb appeal. He guided me about pricing and he handled the listing (which looked fantastic). I trusted him with the whole process and my home was under contract in two days. His team guided me all the way through closing. I highly recommend Kirk and his team at Prosperity!

Hey Everyone, I am writing this review after 6 to months of using their property management service. I recently purchased a duplex and inherited tenants. We all know how that is a coin flip. That being said, this team did a great job of making sure the tenants were aware and accountable during the transition. Given this was a new working relationship, there was open communication about repairs and maintenance, as well as estimates on the work. If I felt the estimate we're a bit high for non emergency repairs, the the management and I would confer about alternatives and find options that work with my budget. That openness is a huge positive for me as I am learning about this industry. Finally, they have been helpful with managing difficult tenants and Kirk's experience and knowledge throughout an eviction process gave me peace of mind. I would recommend to friends and family interested in finding a property manager.

I have had an absolute terrible experience working with this company. I am less than a month into the contract and requested to cancel as they are not performing the services they said they would. They admit to just googling companies to perform their maintenance as they do not have their own crew inspire of claiming to manage over 100 properties. The two quotes that I received for move in prep and repairs were outrageous. I would highly recommend people to find another company! I sure wish that I did!!!!

I received a mailer from Prosperity for one of my investment properties in January 2020. Within a month, we received a solid offer (higher than expected) and we closed the following month. The process was smooth and Prosperity was highly responsive, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire sale. The entire team, particularly Harry, were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them on future deals!!!
