I cannot say enough about Etta Norton who is the realtor at Quinn and Wilson that I have used for years to rent apartments and sell my home. She is incredibly thorough, is always upbeat and friendly and has lots of contacts for everything from house cleaning, to house clearing to plumbing, electrical etc. On top of that she is a real advocate for both parties involved in a transaction so everyone walks away satisfied. I have dealt will lots of realtors in my lifetime but Etta is heads and shoulders above the rest. On top of that she keeps you posted about what is going on with your transaction and is there to answer questions, make suggestions and generally smooth the process. You can't get any better than Etta!

David and Lindsay Betz have provided my family with an exceptional experience. A lot needed to get done during this challenging transition between homes, and they were both there for us—not just as real estate agents but as friends too. As a former contractor, David provided more than enough knowledge for us to make as many informed decisions as possible. Lindsay has also been incredible, having expertise on the paperwork end of the process. Together, they make an amazing team and are beyond efficient. David and Lindsey could not have possibly done a better job, and we cannot imagine having navigated this process with anyone else. We thank them for consistently going the extra mile, and for the beautiful—and expensive—gift basket that they left for us on closing day. We wish David and Lindsay the best and would urge anyone to check them out.

The agent I worked with, Etta is the best. We met at a condo she was showing & I asked her to be my agent. She found me the perfect condo and contractor. She kept me sane during the process Not only did she help me buy my new home, she helped me sell my house in 4 days for over list price I will probably never need another realtor, but if I did I'd be back at Quinn and Wilson

My husband and I worked with Renee Meister to sell our house and she made the process seamless from start to finish. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. We sold our house much faster that we expected and were able to get excellent offers. I would highly recommend her to any friends or family members looking to buy or sell in the area, and I would happily work with Renee again in the future.

Extremely disappointed with how Carol Gillespie handled us trying to buy a home. We looked at the house, put an offer in, she claimed the homeowner didn't respond. Yet when I followed up with her she told me that the homeowner was fixing up the issues with the house that we noticed, and told me our offer was not going to "cut it." Not so much as a counter offer or anything which leads us to believe that she didn't even give the homeowner an offer. She is extremely shady and not doing her job correctly, probably just trying to get a higher commission. I will not be using a realtor from Quinn & Wilson again.
