She is detail oriented, responsive and always accessible. She also gave us an excellent referral for a relator in the Poconos to assist with the sale of mom's house. Scheryl made our house dreams come true and helped us to do it in a way that made us more financially secure than we thought possible. My wife and I are artists of modest means and we couldn’t imagine living in the gorgeous home that we do now. It is in a perfect location for us, just 2 blocks from our daughter’s fantastic public school. Scheryl put her extensive experience and far-sighted vision to work for us to make the seemingly impossible happen. She understood us and our financial picture and she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Buying this home required a lot of moving parts, including staging and renting our existing home on a very short timeline as well as thoughtful negotiations with the sellers of our new home.
