I am extremely grateful to have had Ryan as the realtor for the sale of our home. Every step of the way, he was very responsive and timely, and he provided very good and clear guidance while at the same time listening and helping with all of my questions. The plan he helped to orchestrate worked out perfectly and exceeded my expectations. Ryan also went above-and-beyond to coordinate many details needed to prepare and execute the sale, as I had already relocated some distance away. I appreciated his flexibility to work with me remotely through phone and video calls to make sure every last detail was attended to. Combining that with his willingness to step in and help with many activities where I could not be present, he was able to overcome the long-distance challenges to get the house on the market quickly, in the best possible condition, and at the perfect price point.

Ryan works miracles. This was our fourth transaction with him and as usual, he came through with exactly what we wanted. He got our house under contract within 48 hours of being on the market and officially sold in 3 weeks. Then he found and got our dream home under contract in less than 2 weeks. Ryan is as close to a super hero as I've ever encountered in real life. In less than 2 years, Ryan helped me sell my home in less than 30 days during a difficult time of divorce. With only 30 days to find a new home before my home sold, he found me the perfect townhouse to downsize me and my boys into and our new life in our new home was very happy. And then I met Patrick and we quickly knew that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together, so enter my superhero once more as he sold Patrick's home so that he could move in with me and my boys. Days later, we became engaged and started loosely thinking about buying a larger home for our expanded family's needs, but only when the *perfect* home came to market. 4 months later, we found that home. Ryan got us into it immediately and we had an offer in and accepted before that weekend's open house! This now meant that I had yet another home for Ryan to sell and this time we had several offers over asking and were under contract on my townhouse in less than a week! My buyers were extremely difficult, using an extremely inexperienced relative as their "realtor". This meant that Ryan had to basically do the work of two realtors, educating the buyer's agent step-by-step throughout the process to get us to the finish line. When it came time to close on our new home, we had our morning of walk through only to find the house was filled with literally truckloads of items left behind by the seller! Ryan jumped into action and arranged for the seller to pay for a junk removal service before we would sign the paperwork. It was a crazy process, all weeks before our wedding day, and during all of the chaos, Ryan remained calm and forceful and successful in getting all of our needs taken care of. I cannot recommend anyone more than Ryan's team to get the job done right!
