Kelli was such a big help with taking us on many tours of homes until we found our dream home. She was very patient and understanding of our needs and what we were looking for. She also was a big help and success in selling our other home and made sure things went as smoothly as they could with her help. Fantastic person and an amazing realtor!! From the beginning, we knew we were in good hands with Kelli Musser as our agent representing us and the sale of our home. In a difficult market due to inflation, Kelli was attentive and detail oriented in so many ways, and our home was under contract less than a week after listing right where we wanted to be. This home was our baby, and she treated it as such. From assisting us with cleaning services prior to listing, to offering us any references we might need from movers or real estate agents that could assist us with our relocation. The most incredible service Kelli provided us, involved our moving day out of state. We were scheduled for movers to come and pack up our home, and for us to leave same day once they were finished. When mother nature dumped snow on our area the night prior, the movers canceled due to dangerous driving conditions, and rescheduled for the next day when we would be gone. Kelli stepped up and offered to oversee the movers, asked for our directions on what we needed from the mover, and she coordinated the move on our behalf so that we could take our pets and get to our new home. The truth is, there is nobody we would have trusted to oversee such an important task with all of our belongings like we trusted Kelli. She even took it upon herself to buy the movers food for their long day. How many realtors would do that as a representation of their client? She even stepped up to represent us at our settlement so that we could make the move and start our new jobs. Kelli is an excellent realtor. Professional, a great communicator, goes above and beyond with high energy and charisma, and is a sincerely good person. Kelli is the one to go to! She took me on as a real estate purchase was already in process and she picked it up as if it was hers all along. When I was ready to put the house I moved out of on the market she was right there to help me :-) with her help I was able to take care of a lot of things to get my house ready. So ready that when it was time to put the house on the market the house almost sold itself. Kelli is a great agent for a seller or a buyer, she's very thoughtful and patient.
