My wife and I met with Matt Lenza after our first realtor/agent didn’t show up for a scheduled home tour. Matt was truly exceptional. We were impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him. Matt was always available for home tours and answered any question throughout the process. His responsiveness was incredible. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treated the situation like he is purchasing the property – he looks out for you and have your best interests in mind. Matt will work with you to make your desires a reality. Matt is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. His cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence he would get the job done – and he did! We will recommend and when we are looking to buy again, we will not hesitate to call Matt Lenza.

Matt was able to expertly help us navigate a challenging home buying environment in 2021. We were out of state buyers relocating due to a Military move and Matt was able to help us focus our search area quickly and help explain what it was going to take to purchase a home in today's competitive market.
