They go above and beyond, offering exceptional service and paying close attention to every detail. Not only are they attentive to your time and needs, but they are also incredibly thoughtful and generous. I was fortunate enough to receive a personalized photo shoot, a beautiful Christmas card, and some absolutely delicious cookies (which were a lovely touch, by the way!). Kristen was so easy to work with! Our situation was a tough one as we were selling our mother’s home after she passed away. From the very beginning Kristen showed us compassion and understanding. Kristen priced our home competitively and we accepted an offer 50,000 over asking price 3 days after listing. Kirsten and the Rosaio team are just amazing! We have worked with Kristen (who came highly recommended) for many years now. She helped me find out first home where we started our family. As we outgrew our home she helped us find our forever home! She also helped us sell our home to a family who will love our house as much as we always have! I had been referred to Kristen by my best friend, as I was thinking about finally looking for a home. It was time to leave renting. Through the whole process Kristen had been super helpful and kind, even with alllll of my questions. She was super responsive at all times of day. I was new to this whole process, but she was able to give me tricks and pointers to look out for.. and only a few weeks later, we were able to find my house. I would 110% recommend Kristen and The Rosaio Team! My boyfriend and I just bought our first house and Kristen’s vast amount of real estate knowledge and many years of experience in the Delaware housing market made our first home-buying experience way less daunting. She knew the answers to the majority of our countless questions and if she didn’t, she immediately reached out to her network of agents and contractors to get the answers for us. Since we both work full-time jobs, it meant a lot to us that Kristen was able to have meetings and showings after normal business hours and on the weekends.
