Jennifer and Michael started working with us over 5 years ago. They spent quite a bit of time getting to know us and our long term goals. We were not interested in moving until we found the right place for us. They worked with us to explore many different types of opportunities and presented them to us over the 5 years, without any pressure to buy. Once we found the right place, they helped in closing the deal and in preparing for the move, including introducing us to a concierge who was extremely helpful. They then helped us prepare our house for sale and identified only excellent, vetted candidates, limiting the number of times we needed to show our house. They identified contractors to make necessary repairs before the closing, and the closing was handled effortlessly and professionally by our agents and the title transfer company. They were always available to answer questions before and after the closings and helped us solve problems. They are very well connected. Personally they are friendly and very professional. We strongly recommend them without any reservations and would use them again if needed.
