My husband and I have used Help-U-Sell 28 years ago to sell our townhouse. We were so pleased with the support we received from the Realtor and the money we saved, we decided to use Help-U-Sell again to sell our single home. As with our previous experience we were not disappointed. Walt Hippauf is a wonderful Broker who brought with him over 30 years of experience selling homes. Walt was patient and spent many hours with us both in person and on the phone planning the strategy we implemented to price and sell our house. Using Walt’s suggestions, we were able to sell our house in just a few days with multiple offers. Walt managed the buyers very effectively, and made it easier for us to pick the best offer. Selling a house can be very stressful, but Walt and Help-U-Sell greatly reduced that stress. We highly recommend Walt to help you sell, and buy, your next house.

We were looking to save some money and came across "Help-U-Sell" on the internet. We contacted them and set up an interview with Water Hippauf, Broker/Owner, to potentially list our house with them. During the meeting, we were impressed with all of the research he performed to provide us with neighborhood comps. We listed out property with Help-U-Sell, and Agent, Henry Rutledge, took photos of our property, which was under contract in less than 2 weeks. Walter and Henry advised us during the entire process and walked us through the sale process. We were so impressed with their professionalism that we decided to use Help-U-Sell to procure our new home. Henry Rutledge was our buyer agent, who showed us several properties that we were interested in. Henry is very knowledgeable about comps in the area and he pointed out problems in some of the homes that we may not have noticed. I don't think most realtors would have been so forthcoming. After we found a home to purchase, Help-U-Sell again explained and walked us through the entire process. We highly recommend Help-U-Sell, as we had great experiences for both the sale and purchase of our homes and they were very professional throughout the sale and purchase.

We were referred to Help-U-Sell recently as an option to save money on realtor’s fees with a house flip. The experience could not have gone better! We worked with Water and Henry and they very clearly explained their options, fees and process and quickly put up our listing once we decided to move forward. Henry went above and beyond to help answer questions, discuss comps/pricing, strategies, etc. We were fortunate in finding amazing buyers at an open house who ended up using Henry as their dual-agent. Henry helped both parties navigate the agreement, addendums, and closing process in the most professional way! Henry is responsive, caring, communicative, and displays a sense of urgency and responsibility. Highly recommend Henry/Walt/Help-U-Sell!

Henry did an outstanding job getting my mother’s house sold. He truly went above and beyond and helped her navigate a tricky situation which greatly alleviated her stress. He earned our trust and respect immediately. He was responsive, patient and very knowledgeable.
