Working with Pastor A. was an educational experience. I learned a lot about the buying process step by step in a way that I was able to understand and comprehend the conplex terms and the expectations as a buyer; as well as the role of the agent to the seller. Time was a major factor and communication was key. Pastor A, answered all of my questions and I was comfortable through the entire buying process and I would definitely use his services, again. Using an agent that I could trust was a major factor for me and being with Pastor A was like being with AllState. I knew that I was in good hands.

The main issue is Century 21 and the title. I used Century 21 to buy the home, it went through a title check, but a lein was left by the previous owners which was discovered when I tried to sell the home. Century 21 should not have let me complete buying the property without dealing with the lein, it was not brought to my attention at any point. Aaron told me to reach out to the title company from when I brought the property and they assured me the lein should not be an issue during the sale. I could not be there for the in person sale. Aaron handled the signing of the document, it was never brought to my attention the lein was still an issue and the title company charged me for the lein of the previous owner. When I reached out to the title company no help was offered and I was left with paying the previous owners lein which Century 21 seemed to hide from me to make sure a sale went through. Good experience till that point.
