ABSOLUTE ZERO RATING~ TERRIBLE Avoid any dealings, especially with David and Rosemary. Dirty dealings with dirty properties equals zero star ratings.. "Welcome to my home"... lol.. Dirty, unkept and unethical security deposit dealings...

If I could give zero stars I would ! First I would like to start this off by saying the $75 application fee was a scam! Second off I want to point out that Gary Nichols and Rosemary literally had me believing I was going to have a home for a month straight! I tried to get ahold of Gary literally no answer he’d ignore old case workers and I ! Rosemary told us she was filling out a form we needed to proceed with me and my family moving into the property and she never filed the paperwork nor answered any calls‼️ I’m glad me and my children find something way better then the 1245 Youngsburg property PLEASE OF YOU SEE THAT PROPERTY LISTING RUN ‼️ definitely was the worst experience I ever had with any property management company ‼️ very unprofessional I’m glad I don’t have to work with them‼️ hopefully they get some younger people in there and they can help turn this business around for the best ‼️

DO NOT rent from these people. They will take your money!! I went into that office looking for my refundable deposit back and was verbally assaulted by the owner of the company. The broker I worked with completely ignored every message we sent seeking out our refundable money. These people will take try to take advantage of you. DO NOT rent with them- and if you do KEEP ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS.

An absolute nightmare dealing with Dave and the landlord of the rental townhome at 1933 Revolutionary Court. We did above and beyond to maintain the house while we were there and never asked for $ reimbursement. Never any concerns on their part until we decided to move. Good luck to the new tenants!

Rented from them in the Charlestown Hunt community for 1 1/2 years. When we moved in nothing in the house was cleaned, holes in the walls, air filters were disgusting, the list goes on. They did nothing about it. As time goes on we were practically harassed on a monthly basis for things WE BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION! Then time comes to move out (after they raised the rent but promised before moving in that they would not) and we get charged for ALL THE THINGS WE ASKED TO BE FIXED BEFORE WE MOVED IN! Mind you, the house was not even inspected prior to is receiving the keys, the keys were left at the house and we got them the same exact day the other family moved out. Absolute terribly run business. Do not rent from them!!
