Working with Adam was a wonderful experience. I was very impressed with Adam from the first time we talked. I connected with him via Zillow and he called me on a Sunday evening. He spent an hour with me. I wasn't sure that my husband and I were ready to buy a house but we wanted to start looking, and Adam encouraged us to work with him, reassuring us that he was supportive of our timeline. He was very helpful at setting up showings for us. Often he showed us the houses himself. He's very knowledgeable about houses. His tours always included pointing out details in the homes and helping us become experienced at noticing perks or red flags. Even when he wasn't available to show the house himself, he would follow up after to get our feedback. Making our first offer was intimidating but he was encouraging and didactic for every step of the process. He even talked us through making an offer we knew was unlikely to get accepted just so that we could learn about how it was done. After nearly two years, we found our dream home. Just as he was for the earlier parts of the process, Adam was informative and always available to help during the contract negotiations and leading up to settlement. Not only did he field questions from my husband and me, but he also was happy to take phone calls from my Dad! Adam wasn't just a great realtor — he's a great person with an easy going, calming energy and a wonderful sense of humor. Now that we have a home, I will miss talking to him at showings so I hope he'll come to visit.
