Boy did I get lucky! I sent an email inquiry to Redfin about a property I was looking at, and Alvin Belden replied. What a dedicated, experienced pro! He continued to send me listings and emails for several weeks and was patient with my uncertain timetable. Then, when one property appeared on the list which seemed perfect for me, Alvin swung into action. He got me an appointment to see it the following morning then seamlessly guided me through the process from offer to closing. Plus he's a really nice guy! Recommend him highly to anyone looking for real estate on the Main Line.

Alvin Belden is a gentleman and fine realtor. We first met him in Winter 2022 and only able to close on our home in Winter 2023. He was with us the entire step of the way from being shown multiple homes he found as well as homes we found on Zillow ourselves. He was there for us when we had issues with the builder of the new home we were planning to purchase and always made sure he was present as our representative when visiting our home as it was being built and when we met with the seller's realtor and general contractor and finally when we got to closing. All this despite getting hip surgery and through his rehabilitation. I would not hesitate to use Alvin for my next home purchase as he is knowledgeable and experienced in the field and was a helping hand through our first home purchase.

Alvin was as superb agent and found for us a terrific apartment to buy on Rittenhouse Sq. We were moving to Philly from Manhattan and much of the follow-up was done remotely. Alvin was always available, handled the biggest issues and the smallest details of our purchase. He followed through -- successfully -- on all aspects of the sale, including negotiating repairs by the sellers and their agent on our behalf. We give Alvin our highest recommendation.
