  Amy made buying our first house possible. She was available to help us as first time home buyers with anything we needed. She was available around the clock and was a pleasure to work with. She took care of things in real time and never hesitated to jump on a call to help explain things/move things along. She was with us every step of the way and was always thoughtful.   Amy, Charles and team members like Nicolette held our hands through the whole process of looking for a new home, finding one and negotiating, preparing our old one to sell and selling it--it's a long and incredibly exhausting process (to be frank) but they were all terrific! I recommend them for finding a new home that will check all or most of your boxes. Amy was very helpful with regard to inspection items to negotiate for our new home. Thank goodness for Amy, Charles and the Rossano team!!

  Before I tell you about how Amy, Charles, and Nicolette expertly guided us through the home-selling and home-buying process, the first thing you should know about these highly-skilled, highly-motivated professionals is that they are WARM, GREAT people; they are LOCAL; and they care about YOU. They understood from the beginning (but little did we realize!) that this process would be an emotional one and a bonding experience - during the past five months they got to know me, my wife, my mother-in-law, and my children, and we got to know them. We are now lifelong friends. We were contingent buyers with specific needs (moving in together with an in-law) in a sellers' market. We needed someone experienced with industry know-how to help give us an advantage in light of these constraints. Amy gave us this advantage. She maintains and shares up-to-date information about comparable properties so that you will know whether a house is priced correctly and can proceed accordingly. She knows when to recommend negotiations and she knows when it's time to strike and get an offer in quickly. Amy has many local relationships and contacts which yield great access to information. So if you're like us and want to know things like the vibe of a particular neighborhood, whether they go all out for Halloween, etc., - Amy either already knows or will find out for you! Amy also always answers her phone and her texts. Between March and early July (when we went under contract for the home we purchased in August), Amy and her team showed us approximately 55 homes, sometimes on very short notice. It was always with a smile and a warm greeting. Their commitment to us was evident from our first meeting and it will be to you, too. I could not more highly recommend them!
