This place is a JOKE. Would not recommend renting from them unless you want to be charged for items that were broken prior to you moving in. 😭😭 Janine and Jackie have to be the most money hungriest people ever. Moved out and was charged for screens that were broken prior to be being there, blinds that were broken prior to me being there , and because I took my BATTERIES back from the smoke detectors after moving. I’ll see them in court so it’s cool. But please stay far away from this company … oh if you move to the unit on Jefferson Ave( next to the Bristol market ) be prepared to deal with MICE, and roaches… I won’t even talk about how they literally told me I had a roach infestation the DAY THEY GAVE ME THE KEYS ( they claimed it was 1 but I have videos of about 20-25 roaches in each room. I had to bomb the place 3 times MYSELF ) because they said I would have to pay for an exterminator . . .

Janine is hands down the most amazing when it comes to real estate - renting or buying, wherever, whenever, however. First of all, to support a small, and not only small, but family owned business is so amazing. I can't put into words how truly efficient, helpful beyond helpful she is, and how she goes above and beyond in every aspect. You can tell by her work just how much pride she takes in owning and operating her own show. I would give someone like this business any day over other businesses. Her heart and soul is to not only help people buy, sell, rent, but to do it the right way, gracefully, and as quick as possible. When janine helped me with an apartment rental, she wasted no time. She made herself available on not only a Sunday night, but insisted that we see it when I asked about another day. The entire process she communicated so beautifully to me to get all info in immediately, helped me with it, gave me every single little detail, went back and forth with landlord, other realtor, etc. just so I had all my necessary info ahead of time. She got me into my picture perfect apartment so quickly and easily. I could not believe it. She is truly the best when it comes to buying; selling, renting. You need janine as your real estate agent no questions asked. She will not miss a single detail and will have your best interest in mind for the entire process!!!
