I can't say enough good things about Britny and all that she did for me in finding the perfect first home! She made the entire home-buying process feel seamless and stress-free. From the very beginning, she took the time to really understand what I was looking for and tailored every recommendation to my needs and preferences. I had an amazing experience working with Brit. Her market knowledge is invaluable, and Brit was always quick to respond to any questions, thoughts or concerns, no matter how small or what time of the day. Brit guided me through each step and ensuring I felt confident and informed on everything I needed to know. Britny Keyes did a phenomenal job helping us find the perfect home across the board. Every day, she was sending us new options without being pushy in any way, listening to our needs, and tailoring what was sent to us based on our feedback. For showings, she was always consistently available and knowledgeable on homes, and we loved that during showings she gave her opinion without trying to "sell" us in any way. For any questions we had, she always got us a thorough answer quickly, and as first time homebuyers, we had many questions! On offers, she helped us find competitive price points to bid at without going overboard, and her negotiating skills actively saved us over $15,000! Britny is the exact realtor that we were looking for, and she helped us navigate a difficult housing market and still find us the house of our dreams - we would recommend her to everyone we know!

Asking Britny to be our realtor was by far the best decision we made in our home buying experience, especially as first-time home buyers. There are a million great things I could say about Britny, but my top favorite things about her were: 1. She never pressured us into liking a home. We toured homes for 8 months in highly competitive school districts, and never once did Britny try to push a home onto us. She would stand back, patiently allow us to take in the home, and expertly answered any questions we had. 2. She is a master negotiator! When we made the offer on our winning home, the seller initially came back with a counter offer. While my fiancé and I were willing to meet that counter, Britny encouraged us to stay at our original offer price. She was accurately interpreting her conversations with the seller and their realtor and could tell that we were in a position of strength! Because of Britny’s skill, we were able to purchase our home at $55K under asking!!! 3. She is, by default, a highly responsible and professional person! Britny was highly communicative and always kept us in the loop on what was happening. She was incredibly flexible with her time, which was so helpful to us as “weekend warrior” home shoppers. Finally, we never, ever had to follow up with Britny— if we asked her to do something for us, she always got it done. Choosing Britny to be your realtor ensures that you will have the most fun, most seamless home buying experience possible. Go with her!!!

Britny is the best realtor! We viewed so many homes with her and she was willing to meet us after work every Friday for months. We ended up buying a new build and she was there for every step of the process. We had so many questions and she was always available to answer us or find us an answer. I can’t imagine doing this process with anyone else.

Britny not only found me my absolute dream home but my dream business location!!!! Double wammmmy! Each process was the most seamless, too good to be true type purchase. Shes my own personal real life real estate angel!!!! When your looking for an agent, you want someone who will have your back and fight for you and I am so confident that I have these locations because of Britny. Seriously!!!! She never made me feel dumb with any of my questions (and i had a lot) and was just so helpful and knowledgeable throughout this entire process. Cant recommend Britny enough!!!!!!
