We had an excellent experience with Nick Jones at BHHS- Nick helped us sell a house and also find our next. In the toughest real estate market and during Covid. Nick was nothing but patient, understanding and very knowledgeable of the market condition. He gave us on-point advice that helped us make the best decisions of our lives on both ends (buying and selling). You can always find a realtor to work with, but to find someone trust-worthy who will take your best interest at heart, who is honest and keeps his word is rare. We feel so lucky to have found Nick and we'll definitely work with him again in the future. Good luck Nick, best of luck in your career, you deserve the best!!

Nick Jones helped me through the process of purchasing a new home for the first time. I had a large number of questions and concerns and he proved that he is not just an expert but an expert that puts his clients interests first and really cares about his profession and your goals. I will definitely call on Nick when I want to look for a new home in the future.

Our realtor reached out to Scott Laughlin on our behalf to ask about one of his listings and the owners flexibility on price. She was immediately met with a hostile person who said the house is worth every dollar and that maybe we should look for a house that we can actually afford. Price was never discussed and this agent has no clue what we can afford. Negotiations are part of house buying and the questions from our realtor were normal questions between agents. If this person represents this firm than they will never receive my business and I'll do my best to make sure others don't use them as well.

We have been working for now about 2 weeks with Mr. Nick Jones. In all of our years of encounters with realtors, we have never encountered a more dedicated and diligent person who has exceeded our expectations as to meeting our needs. He consistently goes above and beyond when extra effort is needed to advance the process of following up on any lead; and then staying in appropriate communication. We recommend him highly.

(note: this was submitted for a relative who asked me to post. ) Recently sold my house in Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia through Kim Whetzel at Fox Roach Realtors. I recommend her highly. Her assistance was invaluable. Kim was a patient guide every step of the way. She was excited about the house, suggested we do a pre-inspection to see what needed doing as an aid to setting the asking price and filling out the disclosure form. This kept us in a realistic range. She brought papers over to me and went through them explaining as needed since I had not been through the process before. She had several open houses and showed it many times, fielding a couple of low bids. Knowing I wanted someone who would be a good neighbor was important to me and she found the right people at the right time. Her nice assistant, Penn Steel, took me to the closing so I was able to meet them. He even took the check where it needed to go on a busy Friday afternoon. Kim was agent only for me, the seller, and looked after my interests and needs well. She is experienced, knows the neighborhood well, and made the process far easier and more pleasant than I had expected. I would certainly work with her again if needed. She's a good person.
