    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY I am currently in a business lease (last year). Their company employees are incompetent. They literally just report what is in their handbook. The turnover is insane. Over 5 years there have been 4 different points of contact. They tried to sell the company but failed due to financial obligations and lack of occupancy in their buildings Their renaissance park buildings are run down, not cleaned, not kept up, and they charge you for EVERTHING! I have a small office space we use once per week (our business runs virtually). They charge me $400+ a month for ELECTRIC! Just electric! They never give me a reason. They just threaten me with the lease. Do yourself a favor and RUN away from this company. NEVER sign anything with them. They will be unwilling to negotiate anything in the lease and will hold you to EVERYTHING! This may seem like "well you signed it" and I agree, I did. But YOU do not have to. Just because I made a dumb mistake doesn't mean future people do. I've accepted my losses with BET. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, everyone read this so we can stop companies from using them and put them out of business so overall we can have better landlords who empathize and understand their tenants.

    My daughter rented 2 years ago , with 3 friends in the 4 bed unit - and I co-signed for the apartment- they were not ready as promised and they were in a hotel for months. The amenities listed at keystone are never open or allowed to be used by the residents - fitness center always closed- rooftop not open among all kinds of excuses why - no garbage service although charged in the rent - no storage on site like listed in the “ amenities” the property manager is terrible to work with , after 2 years here, the girls graduated and we asked to do a walk through to move out as the girls and parents cleaned the unit and restored to original condition ( minor ordinary wear and tear) we all live out of state and she complained she was too busy for a walk thru with us as requested - she assured us based on what we had done that with 5 or less marks she would not have concerns from the contact strip hangers - even though we patched, sanded and painted ,everything else was spotless - I can send 130 pictures and video to those who want proof of this - she refused and days later she wants to charge 500 to repaint 1000 square feet -which then they changed to 250 dollars after we are threatening court action - I have tons of emails and unprofessional behavior of staff and this investment company who does not return calls - it was quite a disappointment to say the least - I would not recommend this place if you can find something else - your better off on campus at apartment style housing as an upperclassman - and you will get your deposit back from most universities - and to make matters worse we always paid rent months in advance, and yet she treats these kids rudely and takes advantage of their limited knowledge about renting - most like my daughter for the first time - if you have a deposit be prepared to lose it - and the ratings are low - for a reason- Tena is the only “5” and she’s the property manager - the integrity has a lot to be desired

    The Dublin Terrace apartments are very beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The lawns are kept immaculate. When it snows, the grounds are snow free very quickly and very thoroughly. A very beautiful place to live and enjoy life.

    Very shady company. Contacted them many times about reoccuring issues at one of their properties (The edge at kutztown), and they had nothing to say or do, other than giving me excuses and making me call them back every other day for them to just give me another excuse. If you can, don't do business with them.

    Horrible, horrible people to move the peregrine chicks from their nest!! I find it impossible to believe you couldn't wait one more month. I think you'll probably pay in bad publicity for doing this.
