**And yes, I'm positive it's the correct office** If I could give zero stars I would. Looking for a rental is tough enough in Philadelphia, this place isn't helpful one bit. I had made an appointment to tour a place with an agent named Donna. After showing me the apartment I asked about the application process. I sent her all the appropriate documents. She then told me I needed to send 45$ for an application feee, then she would be able to submit my application. I personally went to the office, submitted the fee and was never given a receipt, even when I asked for one. I was told there were many applicants but they are going thru them and someone will be in touch with me within the week. A week had passed and I heard nothing. Later I saw the listing had been taken down. When I called the agent, she never got back to me. They appear to only want money, and there is no follow through!!!!!

I owned a store on the avenue for a bit and rented from them. The most responsive and professional real estate company I have dealt with in Philadelphia. They set the bar and I wouldn’t expect anything less on Passyunk Ave. My experience was great and I hope to make it back to the avenue again someday hopefully with them.

I spoke to many agents in philadelphia and only this one stood out from all the phone calls. Respectful and resourceful staff....especially someone called Paul in that office. He is well oriented and willing to advice you honestly.
