Chris has assisted me in five separate house sales/purchases since 1988. Have recommended him to dozens of people since that first deal and will continue to refer him. Tough negotiator on my behalf, sets realistic expectations throughout the process, works hard for his clients.

I've worked with Chris on several transactions over the years. He is a true professional. He always looks out for his client's best interests....whether they are buying and/or selling real estate. He is also a creative negotiator. He knows how to put his clients in a great position in a competitive situaton.

Update as of May 2021: Since my last review, we have worked with Chris three times (twice directly, once indirectly). First, my in-laws utilized him for the sale of my mother-in-laws fathers home. He executed it flawlessly. Chris went above and beyond (again) for my grandfather-in-law and made the sale of a house mid-pandemic as easy as possible. The house sold for $50k over asking and my family could not have been happier. The second time was the sale of the house we previously purchased (review below). Our family expanded and we were ready to upsize. He came over, took a look at the house, researched the comps, and came up with a game plan for getting the house listed and sold as quickly as possible. We listed the house on a Thursday, had 20 offers by Monday, selected a buyer by Monday night, and settled 30 days later. It was seamless. There were a few hiccups on the buyers side, but Chris went to bat to make sure the sale went as planned. The third time was the purchase of our new home. Chris knew what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home. After spending a Sunday morning looking at houses with us, he finally got to go home only to get a call from me again shortly after telling him I found another. He met me there within a few hours and we had an offer in the next day. He came up with a strategic plan to be the most attractive buyers, and it worked. We have been in our new home for 3 months now and we could not be happier. Throughout all of these transactions, Chris has had our best interest every single time. He is dependable, hardworking, trustworthy, and knowledgable. We recommend Chris to everyone we know. ------ (2019) Chris Suhy is hands down the best realtor we could have asked for!
