I initially became aware of Christopher after doing a search for a realtor online. He was the only one who returned my call after reaching out to multiple people. I prayed before calling anyone, for God to lead me to whomever he would want me to work with. When I saw Christopher's picture, what I saw was a kind trusting face and felt led to reach out. I immediately called and left a voicemail. He returned my call that same afternoon which was on the weekend. We had a very pleasant conversation of me telling him what I needed and him sharing how he could be of service to me. He was attentive to me. Letting me ask every question that I had and showed no irritation (no matter how many times I asked a question ) which I really appreciated.He went & viewed said property a few day later. He didn't hold any punches when he gave me his expert opinion of the property that I was selling [ I had the property for 4 years & didn't do anything with it so it had become dilapidated]. He was very honest, kind, and forth coming with suggestions on how to handle matters that arose.He never ghosted me. In fact, I would say that he called or texted me more than I did him. He kept me informed all throughout the entire transaction. He was in my corner the entire process. All of my family & friends will know who he is. BTW this was my first time selling a property and with Christopher it was a breeze from my perspective. God showed me favor again. The deal is done. Thanks Christopher

Chris helped me buy my first home and did an outstanding job. Being new Philadelphia I knew I was going to need a knowledgeable person who could help inform me of the ins & outs of every area. He did a good job helping me learn and offered his expert opinion on the locations we visited. He was great to work with and helped make this experience a great one!

There aren't enough good things to say about Christopher Herbert and the services his company provides! I was referred to him after a storm damaged a part of my home, he answered all of my questions, (and believe me I had a lot of questions) he showed up ready to assist me with the claims process. Heaven fobids I ever need to file another claim, but if I ever do, there is no question who I would call. Thank you Mr. Herbert, I appreciate all your hard work.

Christopher is an excellent adjuster who always puts the clients interest first. My wife an have I have used him several times and we have always received professional and honest service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor or public adjuster.

Professional and patient. I began looking at homes in April of 2017 and did not purchase a home until August. I looked at several homes and made offers on some that did not work out. However, Mr. Herbert was patient and also provided great advice.
