I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Dimino, who was extremely helpful with my moving process. He promptly scheduled me a private tour, which was during a snow storm and I’m very thankful he did not reschedule as it was my only day off! I loved the unit he showed me and he was able to quickly connect me with the landlord, as well as giving me a detailed timeline for payments due. Andrew helped with any questions I had and responded very quickly with any additional information I needed. He helped my moving process go very smoothly and I greatly appreciate his kindness towards me. I would recommend him to anyone looking to move, and will reach out to him again if I am looking to move in the future!

During our apartment search there was no one who got back faster to us than Andrew Dimino at City Wide Realty! He called shortly after we submitted a request to view a unit and was the first person to set an appointment with us. He was very transparent with all the fees and the timeline they were due so we could feel more comfortable spacing some things out. It was a wonderful experience :)

This review is for Andrew D at City Wide Realty. Last March I was looking to move to Philly from Reading. When I researched and found an apartment on Zillow I reached out and Andrew quickly responded to my inquiry. The next week we set up a date to view the apartment. I was 10 minutes early and to my surprise he was even earlier. Andrew was very knowledgeable and attentive when answering my questions and even gave me, to my knowledge, honest thoughts on some of my cons of the neighborhood small blemishes in the unit. After the viewing, about two hours later, I was quickly contacted by Andrew notifying me that the apartment is no longer available. While on the phone with him he walked me through the City Wide website while I asked questions about other units. Once I chose to view one he immediately set it up for the next day. Jump a year forward and I have an amazing lofty apartment, roof top deck and off street parking all thanks to Andrew. Most realtors will want to just sell you the unit and jump to the next buyer but Andrew periodically reaches out just to see how things are going. Professional, kind, dedicated and communicative are the words I would describe for him. He is true to his word and has helped me transition into Philly with ease. I would totally recommend him and stand behind it!! Thanks again Andrew for all you have done.

I want to share our experience that we had. Upon moving in, we were assured that the living room light would be fixed before moving in, but unfortunately, this was not addressed. We found the staff to be unresponsive, often not answering calls, and at times, we experienced abrupt hang-ups while trying to discuss my deposit upon moving out. Ultimately, we felt compelled to involve a legal team to secure the return of deposit. While I appreciate that the situation was eventually resolved, I would hesitate to recommend this complex based on our experience.
