Horrible people . They look down on tenants like serfs. I don't even know the people. They bought the property where I live at in June. I made my last payment to my old landlady on June 15th, meaning I had to pay on July 15 . They sent a letter to every tenant to log into their website. My rent was due on 1st. I have refused to do that because I lose half of the rent pay and they have charged me late fees. I have a wife and a 10 month daughter I'm supporting. I'm not asking for favors. I'm asking to be treated fairly as I think I deserve. I hope and pray to God they get what they deserve for stepping on people like this.

I live at Pearl Gates apartments. I am not paying much for my studio, which is nice, but it's not a really modernized building in the common areas, but they do keep it nice and clean. I believe it's a good value. That being said, there was pot smoke in hallways at one time (those neighbors moved out), some neighbors that make a lot of noise, and the landlord does tell people to stop, but they don't stop. I don't know if it's because of Covid that the landlord can't move people making noise, smoking pot, etc. But other than a few incidents, the apartment is great and it's been a good experience.
