I have been a tenant at apartments managed by Danella Realty & Management CO for close to a year and have had a great experience. Melanie Moffatt, our community manager, is wonderful! She always responds quickly to emails, is easily available for meetings, and brings a cheerful attitude to every situation. I highly recommend!

My business partner and I manage a number of properties at 1600 Church Road where Danella has Melanie Moffatt as their onsite manager. Of all the properties we manage and all the management companies we have worked with for the past 20+ years as local real estate agents, she is by far the best. She is not only hardworking, professional and knowledgeable but she is also kind, caring and courteous. She does a great job taking care of the property, the residents and the owners while keeping everything in good working order and expenses at bay. Not easy to do these days and someone like her is not easy to find.
