Daniel Woods real estate Co is a great company. My family and I have been tenants for 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences with all staff. From the realtor to the maintenance team. Getting in touch with anyone for any reason is the easiest I’ve ever experienced. The company is as professional and prompt as if they were a major corporation yet responsive and detail oriented as a smaller business. We have no plans on moving at the moment, but when that time comes, we’re checking to see if Daniel Woods has any available properties first.

I had the opportunity to work with Samira to find tenants for two apartment units. She proactively followed up with me with status updates. In addition, she provided her market expertise by offering recommendations to facilitate a successful outcome. When I am in need of her services again, I will not hesitate to reach out to work with her.

I had to call multiple times to see a property I was really interested in this property and nobody was returning my phone calls then when I finally got shown the property this happen Here’s my story about Daniel Wood’s property. I paid $50 to put in my application at a Daniel Woods Real Estate After seeing a property I was told my application was approved, but I had to go through a video call. Never had that experience before to be honest, it was very awkward. My finances are in order, but my credit wasn’t that great because of inquiries in the past I explained that to them I was pretty confident I would get the house But by my surprise I was told by the leasing managers Samira I didn’t get the house. She couldn’t even call me and tell me she emailed me a lie and told me that someone else had the property. Why take my money and have me go through a Interview Just to tell me someone else got the property Which was a lie because the house is still on the market And they lower the price from 1350 to 1300 because they’re having a hard time renting it out I was lied to and Scammed If my credit was a problem or if you didn’t like my interview tell me the truth don’t make up stories also They force renters insurance on you had the worst experience with Daniel Woods real estate if I was you, I wouldn’t choose And pay fees PS my application was “approved” So why wasn’t I given the option to transfer my approved application to another property. It was just all bad.😩 I’m very disappointed

I would not recommend Daniel Woods Real Estate Properties as they fail to meet today's standards in their renovations and force renters insurance upon tenants also making additional payments that’s not rent. The company lacks professionalism, prioritizing personal feelings over business, and I would advise staying away from their properties. Rent from Daniel Wood? I WOOD not… Pun intended

Daniel Woods real estate is a full service company I’ve been a client of them for several years. Veronica Woods is my rock star agent and property manager. I’m an out of state investor that invest in the Philadelphia area. I met Veronica when I started my investment journey. As a new investor I was very nervous about the process and who I could trust. I was lucky to stumble upon Veronica through her YouTube platform. I met with her virtually at first and she explained to me about the Philadelphia market, the comps, the rental market and the areas that would be profitable to invest in. From the moment I met her she was golden. She guided me through the entire process. She not only showed me properties but she also put me in contact with attorneys, contractors and inspectors. She was always responsive to all my needs and requests. The transition was smooth from using her as my realtor and transitioning to handing over the properties for her to manage. Her team is also professional and responsive during the property management process. If you want the piece of mind with your rentals they will definitely give you that. I highly recommend this company.
