Melissa is the consummate professional while remaining fun and approachable. We trusted her with both sale and purchase and her help and advice were infinitely appreciated. She helped us navigate complex market conditions, a long term plan to list our home at the right time to coordinate with new construction, and helped us stay sane in the process. We met early on to discuss the plan for listing our family home and checked in to see how we were doing. We were extremely happy and our closing process went smoothly. We had an issue with the buyers title company after closing and she swiftly intervened through her knowledge and connections to have it resolved so that it wouldn’t impact our impending purchase. She gave our transaction the same care and concern that she gives every client, regardless of the size of the transaction. Our purchase was much less eventful, but Melissa was there every step of the way with helpful contacts and advice. I recommend her without reservation, and I know she will be helping my young adult children when they are ready to purchase, if they stay in this area.

She seamlessly guides you through every step of the home sale process. She is an expert at preparing a home to go on the market and making sure that every single piece that needs to be attended to prior to sale is done in a timely manner. Selling a home is stressful but much, much less so if you have Melissa Young by your side. Her years of experience are evident.
