We've been at our new apartment home for over a month. Absolutely love it. Quiet, serene, beautiful! Inez, the real estate agent is one of the most delightful, knowledgeable, considerate agents. She truly assisted us from Start to Finish! Moving can be a very stressful event. If it wasn't for Elfant Pontz the experience would had turned out harder. The staff had a checklist that enabled us to get everything done regarding our apartment home. I would recommend Elfant Pontz to anyone looking to live in any of their properties! Overdue review! I loved working with the team at Elfant Pontz. Every single person I dealt with, from the application process to maintenance was sincere and cared for the properties they managed. I never had an issue whenever I submitted maintenance requests to the office. When I moved out of my unit, my lease-ending process was smooth. Thanks team!

I lived on Green Lane for 2 years and loved it. Great location, great building, and the apartment itself was a lovely space. The EP leasing staff AND maintenance staff are extremely responsive and helpful. I only ever had minor issues, but they were all swift to address them and answer any questions. Highly recommend renting from them!

I’ve worked with this company twice—once in 2023 and again recently. The first time, I had trouble getting in touch with anyone, which made me hesitant to move forward. After leaving a review, an agent finally reached out. Fast forward to now, I found another property that they so happen to manage. I reached out to the agent that I "worked" with prior. Coincidentally, the units I’ve been interested in have often been managed by this company . I viewed and applied for their most affordable unit, knowing I met the income requirement . I had also checked my credit a few days prior and it looked close to what they were interested in. I assumed my salary would make up for any gaps. I received a call a few hours later that I was denied. I was a little confused and asked what was the reason. During the conversation, it felt like (in my opinion) that I were completely unqualified financially (despite making about 6 times the income retirement after taxes). The agent also cited my student loans—even though they are in good standing. I never even heard of anyone reference my student loans when applying to anything. When I asked for documentation on the denial, I was told I’d receive a letter in the mail, which seemed unusual since most rental denials are sent via email. Now, this same day, I was approved for a unit that was twice the cost of theirs which makes this situation strange. I only have one year left in Philadelphia (hopefully). In order to avoid this company at all cost, Im just going to avoid the mount airy and germantown section of this city. I had a review prior but took it down since I was viewing their properties again. I will be keeping this one up . Thanks

The Elfant Pontz Properties team is incredible. Response time for most if not all inquiries/requests is quick. Their property at 140 Green Lane is great as well. Located in an accessible area of Manayunk, the apartments themselves are built well, maintained appropriately, and very comfortable (see photo below of mine). I never once had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Elfant Pontz to anyone.
