Emily and her team were a dream to work with. After almost 32 years in the home we built together as newlyweds, it was a bittersweet decision to sell. Emily was very sensitive, thoughtful and considerate about that while also being encouraging and supportive throughout the entire process. She and her team were extremely helpful in suggestions for staging the house and minor updates to do before going on the market. Emily was on the mark with suggesting our asking price. The market was hot and we sold above asking within three days. This group of people was very professional, was always quick to respond to messages/emails, and appreciated everything we did as sellers. We all worked great together and had an outstanding outcome.
