He was essential to helping us navigate a challenging housing market and made sure that through all of the ups and downs finding our dream home stayed the priority. He was extremely responsive to our questions throughout the buying process, which gave us a huge amount of confidence and comfort with every decision it took to get from our first open house to turning the key on our home (and after!). Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with on buying our first home! He worked patiently with us for a year and a half and was always accommodating to our schedule. My fiancé and I had spent the year on and off traveling, and Eric was eager to step in and attend any inspections or meetings in our absence. He has a great understanding of the market and the neighborhoods in Philadelphia that we were looking in (for us it was Passyunk, Bella Vista, Hawthorne, Fitler Square, Graduate Hospital). Eric was always quick to respond to any questions day or night. Whenever we would request a showing, he scheduled it as soon as he was able to which allowed us to act quickly. He was honest and understanding of what we were looking for from the start, and a great advocate for us during all negotiations. I would highly recommend having him as your realtor!

We met Eric 3 years ago, when we first indicated that we might be interested in purchasing a home. Eric kept in touch over the next few years and even set up a super helpful first-time home buyer walkthrough to get the basics of buying a house in the area. When we were ready to buy we reached out to Eric. He made us feel like we were his priority. He was always quick to answer our calls and texts and scheduled a ton of showings for us. When we ultimately got our perfect house, he was really helpful throughout closing and answered every question we had. We'll be using Eric as our agent for all of our real estate needs going forward

Eric is super professional, extremely knowledgeable about the area, and gave excellent advice - and just a really nice guy to top it all off. Even when there were bumps in the road (and there were many) he never made us feel panicked, always stayed grounded and guided us through whatever obstacle came up with ease. Eric is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him!
