We couldn’t be more grateful to Ernie and the entire team at Fox & Roach. We were house hunting for a few years (quite unsuccessfully) until we decided to switch things up and begin working with Ernie. Ernie came to us already highly recommended from his previous clients. Sure enough, shortly after partnering with Ernie, we found exactly what we were looking for in our dream neighborhood. Ernie is an absolute joy to work with. He is extremely professional, attentive and knowledgeable. We appreciated that he took the time before viewing house to get to know our family and exactly what mattered most to us in our next home. Ernie was always honest with us if he noticed issues or red flags with the houses we viewed. It was always evident that Ernie’s priority was finding us the best home over simply selling us an house. This was so refreshing after having the opposite experience with another realtor. Additionally, Ernie guided us through the sale of our first home. The open house was a complete success. We had verbal offers from the first day on the market & accepted an offer well over asking just two days after listing. Ernie was a great realtor and I definitely recommend him! He was highly responsive and really helped take the stress out of the entire home buying process. He spent time up front researching homes that fit my requirements and finding information on all of the comparable listings. When it came time to put in an offer, he gave helpful and honest advice and worked in my best interest. My purchase with him was not my first home purchase, but he still clearly guided me through the process every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable. Ernie also connected me with multiple contractors from his network as I was new to the area. I would certainly work with Ernie again!
