This company obviously does no do the bare minimum to provide good landlord services. I've lived next to a multi-unit apartment this company rents for some time now, and they flip tenants REAL fast. I have now called this company countless times (and spoke to someone most of the times who told me they were going to do something about it), asking them to please just provide their tenants DOORBELLS! But they'd rather have their tenants banging on the outside door with the hopes someone will hear them in an apartment literally 5+ times a day, which as you can imagine, being in a townhouse with dogs is an absurd nuisance. I'm going to start calling the police because of the late-night nuisance this has become. From 2AM to 3AM, someone was banging on the door as loud as they could, yelling as loud as they could, to get into the house. It shook multiple houses on the row. And this happens every day, multiple times a day. I've told the company many times, and they seem to care more about not getting CHEAP REMOTE DOORBELLS than about having happy tenants and happy neighbors. I would not trust this company...just another careless north philly landlord company, trying to do the minimum they can get away with. OR THEY CAN INSTALL DOORBELLS SO THEIR TENANTS STOP HARASSING THEIR NEIGHBORS DUE TO THE COMPANY'S LACK OF DOORBELLS.
