My boyfriend and I worked with Jean Paul and his team to find a house in Rittenhouse, and we could not have had a better experience. For one, Jean Paul is the most helpful realtor you will ever meet. He is super proactive about sending over listings, but we never felt pressured into buying. He spent countless hours going to showings with us and answering all of our questions. As first time home buyers, the process can be extremely overwhelming, and I am certain we would've had a much more stressful experience if not for Jean Paul. Jean Paul is also a project manager. If you are planning or are interested in purchasing an older home, this is incredibly helpful. He was able to help determine what work should be done to make our house move-in ready. Most importantly, I cannot compliment Jean Paul's level of communication enough. He spent so much time answering our very many questions. We could text him at any time, and he would answer our questions within minutes. Thank you so much, Jean Paul & team for your work. We are so happy with our home and our experience.

Derek helped me find my first house! He was very professional, organized and responded quickly to all my questions. As a first time home buyer, he was very patient with helping me understand the process and teaching me about the market and neighborhood values. I appreciated that he was realistic and honest and I never felt pressured to make an offer on a property, unlike other agents I worked with in the past. He was able to accommodate my schedule and really made home buying, dare I say, EASY! I couldn't recommend him and the team at Fishtown Real Estate any more!

Very shady business. Deleted lease from their system, kept last months deposit for broker fee (not legal) found out rental unit did not have a Philadelphia rental license and never provided Philadelphia documents. The list goes on. Be very cautious dealing with this realtor! In response to Jean Paul the lease was not broken you deleted the lease and neither you or the landlord could find a copy, so no lease was on file, therefore there was nothing to break. Fishtown collected all the lease fees. Philadelphia courts and lawyer advised there was a case but decided to Let it Go! We never went to court. Even let the full security go. No entitlement just want our experience noted for other consumers. All the best. Laurie

The home buying process can feel daunting or overwhelming, however, at no point was I ever concerned, or pressured when I worked with Jean Paul. From the beginning, I felt like I was working with long time friend rather than an agent. Jean Paul’s hands on approach, candid advice, and negotiation skills made my home buying process faster than I could ever imagine. Great guy, great company, and great experience.

ZERO STARS! Horrible service. Will take days or no contact back at all about a property they have listed. No updates of any sort they will take your money for your application but will not give your credit report or will notify if denied. Misleading about properties do not rent or buy. READ ALL PRIOR REVIEW THERE NOT LYING. Don’t recommend.
