Her knowledge of the real estate market in both areas is unmatched. She is honest, efficient, attentive to details and readily available to her clients. When I bought my house in Souderton (yes, this is not in delco and she drove 45+ mins just to help me view homes). I had the pleasure of working with Flo Bazhaw, and I must say that she is an excellent realtor agent. We were up against 20 offers for the house we wanted, but Flo's knowledge, determination, and swift action helped us win. Flo acted quickly and submitted our offer on time, despite the fact that the house was only posted for 6 hours before offers were assessed. Her excellent attention to detail and market analysis assisted us in making a convincing and smart offer, allowing us to secure the home for only $12,000 more than the asking price. Flo's real estate market knowledge was helpful in ensuring that we made a good investment (2 years later my property is worth 100k more), especially given the record-low mortgage rates at the time.
