Bill Furia has managed my property for over 10 years. I've found him to be the most reliable, honest, and efficient person in the business. There has never been an issue with Bill. Responds quickly and gets the job done. He has good people working with him; plumbers, electricians, etc. He knows everybody. I highly recommend Bill. Best property manager in Philly!

I have been a tenant with Furia Real Estate for 6 years and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Over the 6 years I have had several roommate changes and FRE has always accommodated the transitions flawlessly. Most recently, I brought to FREs attention that a couple of my appliances were sorely outdated and they showed up with a new fridge and stove that week! Bill and his son are great, as is everyone in the office. I highly recommend them!!

William Furia, whom I know personally as well, is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and an all around great guy! His staff is very knowledgeable. I have known Bill Furia for over 40 years! He was my landlord for 24 years he was very good 2 me and my daughter he was always there when I needed him he was a great landlord and he was very good with my rent especially because I was a single parent he kept my rent affordable. I was very happy with him and the only reason I moved was because the building was sold and the new people were going to renovate and Jack up my rent. Bill Furia is a great man and wonderful landlord and fantastic friend. He is in the process of looking for a first floor apartment for me and my boyfriend and I will be renting from him again.Did I forget 2 mention when my daughter was young and I couldn't afford a computer he got 1 for my daughter i love Bill Furia and he is a realtor a real estate broker an apprasor a colonel in the Armey retiered and a retired vice principal of bok high school. I love me Furia he's my friend and a great landlord.I give him 10 stars !!!!!
