I am a mortgage loan officer with American Financial Network. I recently completed a transaction with a buyer where Greg was the buyer's agent. Greg understands the real estate industry. Not only does Greg have the real estate knowledge but he also possesses the unique ability to constantly communicate throughout the process. Throughout the transaction, I found Greg to be extremely responsive at any time of the day (or night). Always willing to provide and/or secure information in order to facilitate the transaction. Additionally, Greg is always pleasant to work with. If a buyer is looking for a real estate agent that is willing to work hard to find them the right home, I would recommend that the buyer contact Greg and give him a shot. Again, great job Greg. I was a first time home buyer, didn’t know where to start from to buy a home. But when I found Tyler Ferraioli he helped me through the process of owning my own home. He made it exciting, loved his attitude. I considered him as a good friend. Tyler is an AWESOME agent! He always answered his phone and replied to emails swiftly. He gave us listings of houses that were for sale that we may be interested in. He had a really good understanding of the local market and we’d use him again the next time we buy a home. Highly recommended!”
