I rented with Harrison Properties for six years at two different apartments before buying a home this year, and my experience was great. Maintenance requests were always responded to quickly and repairs were always completed promptly. The office staff are kind and responsive. Bob and Jan Harrison are good people who run a respectable business. Thanks to Harrison Properties for the happy years I spent renting from them!

I’ve been a tenant with Harrison Properties for over two years now and have had an absolutely great experience! Bob is very personable and did a great job finding a rental that met my needs- You can tell the company is family-oriented and they really care about their tenants. The office staff is always responsive and helpful with the (minimal) maintenance requests I’ve made. Nicole is a complete sweetheart and always so upbeat and friendly! I will continue to recommend Bob and Harrison Properties to friends and family.. you won’t find a better ‘landlord’!:)

I had been a tenant for about 3 years with Harrison properties. Never had any issues, and they were always very quick to respond and fix any issues. They were also flexible with my move out date. Overall, I had a great experience living in the apartment and would highly recommend Harrison properties to anyone.

I rented from Bob and Jan at Harrison Properties from November 2021-December 2022 and it was easily the best renting experience I had during my time in Delaware. They were flexible with my move in/move out dates, I never had to wait long for maintenance requests (not that much was needed), and the apartment itself was just beautiful. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking for a respectful and just management company in the area. I also got my entire security deposit back in a very timely manner, which can be an issue with larger companies in Delaware. Thank you again for letting me rent from you!
