As the Buyer, I am very disappointed with my agent Asia Robinson. Some of the Sellers money is still being held in escrow (2 years now) , due to multiple issues that are still not closed. Asia has not been of ANY assistance with trying to get those issues completed. The Seller's agent has been in continuous contact with me providing status updates. I would think that'd be MY AGENT'S job (Asia).

We bought a home listed by Jania Daniels on July 27. In the process of the sale, concerns were raised, and she reassured us of the quality of the reno that had been done. The start of our real issues, the roofer called with startling assessment of the deplorable condition of the roof at closing. Then the ineffectiveness of the AC was starting to be felt on the 2nd day, and after a week or so, the whole thing was done, upon assessment, the filter was found to be old and dirty with Reno trash, and the control board was about out. At this time we are still needing Certified electrical work at the home for PECO service. Not to mention the irritation of finding that there were either no handles, or ill- fitted handles on the cabinets, and the closets had no shelves or rods (just BARE) No word yet from Jania, she was to drop off some panels, and answer our emails. I have also left messages for the BIC, (Bill ) but no word yet. Dishonest and misrepresented sale transaction. We need to have some sort of resolution.

It was a pleasure working with Revo! I worked mostly with Jody and she was incredibly helpful. I was a first time home buyer with a limited budget and she worked with me for many months to find the perfect house. Bill and Jody were very knowledgeable about the process and gave me honest advice (even if it was not in their benefit). Any questions I had were answered quickly and the process went as smoothly as it could. Unfortunately, I had a lender who was not very helpful and Jody worked to resolve any issues that my lender caused. I plan to recommend Revo to anyone looking for a realtor. Ashley

Bill Kratz and his team at Revo Realty Group were an absolute pleasure to work with in selling my investment property located in Port Richmond. With his background as an investor himself, it was a great fit for selling my home with him. He is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood my home was located in. He helped me set a very realistic selling price and sold my home quicker than anticipated in the target price range I needed to receive on my investment. I was very impressed with Revo Realty Group’s website and the wonderful marketing tools his company provided with my listing agreement. They answered all questions quick, efficiently and are a very professional group to work with. I had a showing appointment scheduled for 1pm Saturday with Courtney Smith on Tuesday. Courtney reached out to me an hour before the appointment on Saturday to reschedule for 4:30pm. Unfortunately, i had other obligations for that day and could not reschedule. Courtney response was, “I’m trying to work with you but you seem to have no flexibility.” Courtney went on and said, “Typically clients are pre approved before seeing a house so we are in the right price range and we know they can submit an offer immediately if they desired.” I attempted to reply to courtney but then realized that courtney had blocked my phone number!!
