Deb helped my wife and I with our home search and purchase in Berwyn 3 years ago. She came heavily recommended by a family member - and for good reason! Deb was flexible, knowledgeable, candid, and willing to go the extra mile at every step of the process. We were two busy professional moving back to the area from Lancaster county at the height of a seller’s market looking in the top school district... and Deb made it possible for us. The icing on the cake was the fact that after negotiating us a phenomenal deal she let us bring our new puppy to closing and held the dog on her lap while we signed - haha!

We bought a house with deb 2 years ago in garnet valley. I can't imagine having a better Agent, echoing what others have said, we really valued Debs opinion due to her no nonsense approach and experience that easily shows. As a buyer you want an expert who knows more than you and can provide clear "yes this is a good idea", "no and this is why it's not" type of answers. Deb provided that type of advice to us through this process. When we asked for Debs opinion, she gave us her honest opinion on each property. She was patient, accomodating, resourceful, and a strong partner in your corner.

Deb is hands down the best realtor I ever encountered! She is genuine, patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable, quick and has impeccable communication skills. I had no idea that realtors like that exist. We let her know what we were looking for in a home and she helped us find the perfect house for us! She will not steer you wrong. She will tell you exactly why its a good or bad buy and break everything down. I was gaining knowledge each time I spoke to her and I never felt like a side hustle the way I did with all of the other realtors (understandably, that is how they make their living). But with Deb I actually felt like she had my family's best interest! She put the work in as if she was searching for herself, but obviously with everything in mind for us and what we were seeking. Basically she is phenomenal and I am so glad we crossed paths. I would highly recommend her to everyone!

I would strongly recommend Deb to anyone who needs a realtor agent! We did our house shopping for two years. At the beginning, we also asked other realtors to show us houses. Among them were top performers or close friends. We decided to use Deb. And that was one of our best decisions. I rated her as 5-star for all categories without hesitations because she had demonstrated all of them through our process of buying and selling. Personal interactions with her was great - she is mild and patient, truly customers first! On top of that, she is sensitive. The process of buying or selling can be very stressful. Many times I found it very helpful to communicate through her when my husband and I had different opinions or expectations. Negotiations skills: She helped us to save probably tens of thousands dollars through buying and selling! I was always under an impression that you had to be a tough cookie to negotiate, but that was not Deb. She helped us during the negotiation process with her precise understanding of the market, her pleasant interaction with people, and her observation of people. Lastly, I want to mention her dedication. I appreciate the time she spent on us during our house-shopping. If I divide her discounted commission by the hours for this particular transaction that finally happened, she was probably way underpaid! However, she never pushed or showed any reluctance about showing us houses. In fact, she talked me out of a couple houses that I would have settled even though they were not meeting all my critical expectations. God bless her heart — Hopefully everything works well for her and reward her from different revenues! We have recommended her to all our friends and families and we would definitely go to her again in the future if we need to. Many more to say about her, but I need to stop. :)

We know Deb Haytt for a decade, and bought houses having her as agent. we can't say enough good stories about her and her team. Professional, knowledgable, super patient and super good people skill with very reasonable price. When we just moved here, wd didn't know many people, and because of her, settling down became much easier. If any friends need a good, decent realtor, we will recommend her without any hesitation.
