We got in contact with Imani Realty & Associates during our home purchase process and met with Lisel White who became our saving grace. It was a rough period as first time home buyer during a market with low inventory and high demands. We had lots of questions and concerns that our lender and closing attorneys were not patient enough to answer. Imani Realty & Associates came into the picture and saved the day! Lisel White untangled the web by patiently listening to us to understand our situation and the time sensitivity involved. With her high level of experience and knowledge of this complex market, she guided us through and was there for us, night and day with no complaints but with genuine care and empathy. Wanted to get a house appraised but the person on the phone was not interest all this if they had a 0 star rating they would get it. Absolutely no drive or ambition

Imani realty is the worst. They promised a move in date all the way til a few days after move in date, then backed out leaving us homeless having to find another home.
