I highly recommend Jaime for anyone looking to move to the area! As first time home buyers, we were very new to the whole process and we lived out of state when we started looking to buy a house in PA, so it was all a little overwhelming for us. She was amazing to work with virtually, helping us learn more about the area, setting up calls with us to talk through things and she ultimately gave us a better sense of how what we were interested in would align well (or not!) with different areas. She was responsive and understanding of our needs and interests, while giving practical advice and suggestions about the local market. After a few months of virtual collaboration, once we were ready to look in person, we arranged a week to visit and see open houses. Jaime was available for us, made great plans for different days to visit different areas and see different open houses based on what was available as well as new listings that came up. Jaime guided us through the offer processes, helped us understand the local landscape and competitiveness, had a great team of folks to work with, ensured frequent communication and updates, and ultimately helped us close on the house we’ve recently moved into and love! Working with Jaime and team was great. If you haven’t sold a home in many years, you’ll find the process is very different. A shift in paradigm. Use of technology makes everything so easy!! While we didn’t physically see Jaime often, there was constant contact through txt, phone, email, etc. even documents were handled via tech. Very prompt responses. Always felt that any question or concern would be handled immediately. She knows her business and will be a great partner for you if you choose her as your agent.
