We hired Jason after our original agent could not produce any showings. Jason had a comprehensive marketing plan that contacted other agents and presented our home online with Google ads and other online media. We had a group of brokers tour the house and within 3 weeks of hiring Jason we had two offers. He guided us well through the negotiation process and was always in communication. This was the easiest home sale process (out of 5) that we have been through. Jason is the best agent we have used. He’s a great guy, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable and competent.

We’ve known Jason for several years. He was the realtor when we sold our house in 2011. Jason is energetic, responsible, trustworthy, smart, on top of the real estate market, and is vastly experienced in the real estate business. So, it was a natural pick for us when moving back to PA in 2025 that we chose Jason to be our realtor again. After a bad experience with another realtor, my wife's grandmom asked me to take over and hire a realtor of my choice. I have a house painting business, so I work with a lot of realtors. But it was a no brainer who I was going to pick. We really gave Jason a tough task to list the house in a down market right before the holidays. He and his team did such a good job that we accepted an offer within 30 days. Jason went above and beyond from start to finish. Also, his team is a well oiled machine, which made everything go very smoothly. They're basically a one stop shop. I highly recommend Jason Ostrowsky and look forward to working with him again.

Jason was wonderful to work with. He made everything very easy and was always accommodating with my schedule and got his partner Judy to help when needed. She was also so great to work with. I loved that Jason would give me his honest opinion to help me make the best choice. My family and I have moved into our forever home and Jason made a stressful time much simpler and fun. Jason was truly above and beyond anything we could have asked for in a Realtor. For one thing, he lives and breathes real estate. Having grown up in the business, and even gone a step beyond to host his own podcast, Jason is the best person to guide new homeowners through today’s competitive market. His knowledgeability was not only evident, but he also easily translated the technical details to us, so we could appreciate the finer details of what we were seeing in a home. It honestly felt like we had an inspector looking at the homes with us - that’s the level of expertise Jason brought to each site visit. We had many unique aspects to our home buying process, from car trouble to multiple lines of communication to limited availability, and Jason navigated it all with such ease and grace. I’m not sure many people could make the home buying process fun in this market, and yet, Jason was exactly the guy to make the whole experience enjoyable!
