When a parent passes away and you are required to sell their home you need to find realtors who will not only be helpful, but will more importantly be kind, patient and understanding. Jody and Johanna fit the bill 100%. Making the decision to list the condo with them was one of the best decisions I made through this process. Jody and Johanna gave easy to follow advice, explained each step along the way and were responsive to all of our questions. Ultimately, their process worked...our Independence Place condo sold in one weekend, at a price substantially higher than we expected. I highly recommend Jody and Johanna for their ability to get the job done in a kind, caring and understanding way.

Our relationship with Johanna goes way back: She rented me my first apartment in the early 2000s, she rented my now-husband an apartment, she rented my husband and me our first apartment together, and she rented my father-in-law his apartment! Jody and Johanna gave first class service. This last sale was the third in which they represented me. They gave good advice about showing and pricing my unit, and were always there to walk me through the maze of required paperwork. Their long experience in the Philadelphia Center City condo market and the buildings therein was so useful in helping me gauge the "personality" of the building. Most condos seem to be somewhat homogeneous to the casual eye, but they often know which buildings have the best management and which have contentious management and owner groups.
