John was an amazing Real Estate Agent to work with, and I'd recommend him to anyone! My wife and i had dragged our feet a little when it came to starting the house buying process. However, when close friends of ours put us in contact with John, he was able to jump start our journey and give us the guidance we needed to make an informed purchase, and we couldn't be happier! John was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of house buying, and was fantastic at helping us understand and feel at ease throughout the entire process. He was also extremely responsive; willing to talk day or night and accommodate our working schedules. He conducted himself professionally, yet was extremely approachable. I have had the unique perspective of working with John both as a renter and as a buyer. As a renter: John was accommodating (allowed our larger than average, but mostly well-mannered dog), responsive (can’t think of a single time he didn’t respond to something same-day), proactive (repairs were fast and thorough, preventative maintenance was conducted), and most of all John was kind and welcoming (you’ll definitely see him around at neighborhood events). As a buyer: John was quick (We’d ask about a house showing and often have them scheduled for the same day), thorough (He’s willing to check out an attic, or peek into a crawlspace), knowledgeable (Just ask him, if he doesn’t know he does know someone who can find out), and Patient (I had lots of questions, we made multiple offers, buying is a pain – John remained positive and helpful the entire time). John also helped us to connect with an excellent contractor that did a great job and saved us a good deal of money. In short, I would absolutely work with John again in the future. He is a kind person and it shows in the way he conducts business.
