Joseph Fasy and his father are great to work with. My fiancé and I have been searching for a new home together. Joe has been extremely helpful and patient with us. He is on top with communicating with us and sends us comps whenever we need it. He even works around our complicated schedules and makes time to take us on house showings. If you're looking for a house or looking to sell one, we really recommend Joe and his father!

Joe Fasy is a knowledgeable and easy realtor to work with. Our house was a bit unique and Joe found a buyer and we just closed. He really understands the market and what you need to to sell your house. He has a wonderful group of contractors that he works with and he very responsive. We can't recommend him enough!

I sold & purchase my home thru joe fasy realty. First, I like to say Joe doesn’t play around he is a very very reliable agent and does his homework on the property before you look at it. I purchased my home in Elkins park and I wanted to offer 25k under the asking price and I was thinking maybe that was too much to ask the seller to come down too and joe said nope we asking 35k under I looked at him like he was crazy and he said to trust him he knows what he’s doing. To my surprise the seller accepted the 35k under asking! So of course I’m extremely happy he saved me 10k then next was the home inspection everything was good but the hvac and central air was about 15yrs old they worked fine during the inspection but u can tell it was an old system joe said I’ll ask them to put a new system in so I’m like well it works and he says yes today but when you move in and it breaks that’s a huge expense especially after you just brought a house. So again I’m looking at him like he’s crazy he tells me trust him he’s been doing this a long time. And once again he proved me wrong and the seller put in a new hvac system! I’m telling you go with joe fasy I worked with several realtors before (my 4th home purchase) and joe is the best he’s aggressive (not cocky )and he knows his stuff!!! I’m currently working with joe again to buy an investment property so I’m praying joe will work his magic again and get me a another good deal!!!!
