We used Kat to sell our home in Newark, DE. She helped us through the entire process from pricing to closing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. The process had many turns as many home sales may have. We had some unexpected circumstances that push the “for sale and showing” schedule back which made our selling schedule very tight. Kat with her experience and patience guides us through and we were able to sell and get a favorable price for our house. She was our rock through the closing process because we went through the settlement from hell to close the deal. She was able to provide everything we needed including finding contractors to fixed last minute issues that arose. We don’t know what we would have done without her. I would recommend her anyone. Kat helped me to get very reasonable contractors for the repairs before the listing, and handled everything for me after it was listed. Despite tough market, she was able to negotiate a good price for the house, and work with the buyers agent to close very quickly. I highly recommend Kat as a selling agent!
