David Stilwell, Keller Williams I couldn't be happier with the service provided by David Stilwell of Keller Williams, West Chester. I've used David on previous sales and purchases dating back to 2008, selling of my parents home. In 2012 I unfortunately was divorced, but kept close friends with my wife which David sold both our homes and found both our New homes. Same situation come 2024, David sold both our Homes Again. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. He guided me through every step of the process, from pricing my home to being an excellent negotiator handling offers, ensuring I felt confident and informed at all times. Thanks to his expertise, the sale of my home was smooth and problem free. What stood out the most was David's genuine care, dedication and attention to detail. As so it was over 10 years ago, he always made me feel like I was his Top priority, responding promptly to my questions and going that Extra Step to make the process smooth and stress-free. Aaron Prosser was our realtor and was fantastic! Aaron was very knowledgeable of what we were looking for and where to look, proactive with sending us listings, attentive with our needs, responsive with our questions, and patient with the anxieties and stress that comes from buying a house and coordinating the tours. I would highly recommend Aaron to work with as your realtor. He also made sure that the communication with our mortgage broker flowed and we all stayed in the same page, making the process smooth and efficient as possible. Brian Nowak was my realtor, for less than a month. During that time I would get forwarded homes. I asked him to make an appointment to do a walkthrough for my first house. A day or two later I got a email stating basically because I’m not willing to forgo inspections and purchase at a higher asking price I’m canceling are walkthrough appointment. Never called me just shot an email. Stay clear away this realtor is only out for himself and not his clients. Shameless display of greed!
