Barb and Bud Silcox did an amazing job helping us sell our house in Bensalem and finding the perfect downsized home in Richboro. They helped us over so many hurdles and always knew how to handle situations as they arose. I can't imagine having made the move without them. They have also assembled an amazing team that is just terrific - from marketing to repairs to financing. They truly can cover all the bases. We recommend them without any hesitation. They are absolutely the very best!

We can not say enough things about Bud and Barb at Keller Williams! From the very start, we were sent active listings daily according to the property size, bedrooms, location we wanted. Bud was always reaching out to check in, and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. We would send him a sale we were interested in going to check out, and he would set up a showing for the SAME DAY! Him and Barb advocated for us from start til closing day. They truly are the best, and we could not be happy we went with them as the realtors for our first and forever home.

We also worked with his wife Barb on several occasions and she is wonderful too. We would definitely work with them again!
