I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Gretchen Ralston, who was representing a potential buyer for my property in a sale-by-owner transaction. Before any transaction even took place, we request that all agents provide proof of funds or a pre-approval letter before scheduling a showing, which seems like a reasonable request. However, Gretchen Ralston was the only one who made an issue out of this, acting rude and dismissive. She even had the nerve to call the house "cheap" and gave me an attitude. When I informed her that she could no longer view the property due to her disrespectful behavior, she told me to "keep it professional" which was ironic, given how unprofessional she had been. I mentioned I would contact her broker, and the response I received from him was just as snarky and disrespectful. He asked, “Would it have been better to say inexpensive?” I replied that the professional thing to do would have been to refrain from making any negative comments at all, especially since they were so quick to bring up "professionalism." I also shared that this was my deceased family’s home that just passed from cancer, and that I didn’t have time for such rudeness. His response was, “Well, she didn’t know that.” Apparently, we’re expected to know the personal circumstances of those we’re dealing with to decide whether we should be kind and respectful. It’s very sad to see that this is the type of mentorship and attitude at Keller Williams. It’s truly unfortunate for Gabrielle, the buyer, who is working with such a tasteless and unprofessional realtor. If this is how Gretchen behaves before even stepping foot in the house, I can’t imagine how she would act during an actual transaction. Based on this experience, I would never consider doing business with anyone from Keller Williams again. It’s a shame to witness such a lack of professionalism in the real estate industry. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jaqueline Acevedo when looking for my home. From day 1, Jaqueline was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Jaqueline was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

Not only wouldn’t even work with us when we were selling years ago on % in any capacity when we had literally three transactions going on at once but did not provide any referral fee or even a THANK YOU to a literal 1 million dollar home that closed yesterday from friends of ours. Realtors have become incredibly greedy over the years and just send a business card of their face in the mail these days. So out of touch. Do not use KW of Moorestown. Sam Lepore was our agent. And worked closely with Jeff Quintin of Ocean City, who also left us in an incredibly terrible position to this day and told lies the entire time. Dave Ramsey endorses agents now and tries to help people find those who aren’t about the bottom line. I highly recommend going that route or for sale by owner in this crazy world.

We were looking for a realtor that was an investor to help us make a wise decision. Varinder Bal got our condo sold at 1016 Garnet Dr Burlington,NJ. Varinder has a wealth of knowledge for all types of investors. Definitely we highly recommend him to fairly negotiate with both parties & close quickly!

Recently my mom bought her forever home. Mom had quite a few non negotiables, so it was amazing to be paired up with the most knowledgeable, considerate and patient realtor, Miss Keyana West. We went thru several bidding wars, home inspections and overall searches and a few disappointments. Amazing to cross the finish line with her guidance and care thru out the process. She was respected by the sellers agent and the mortgage companies we used. Please reach out to her with your needs you won't be disappointed.
